The Mythos Behind Mithos
Back in 2012, Bruno Zimmerli realized that there was a lack of quality custom products on the market. Seeing an opportunity to fill the gap and provide real bespoke leathers to riders all over Europe, Bruno established Mithos-Sport.
With the help of two-time MotoGP 250cc World Champion Sito Pons and his sons,
Edgar and Axel, he succeeded in developing the perfect pattern. A Mithos suit
combines mobility and safety unrivaled by any other custom suit makers.
In early 2017, Ken Tam similarly noticed a gap in the market. Alpinestars Tech-Air technology had become the cutting edge of motorcycle safety but getting it in a custom suit was impossible for anyone but a pro racer.
Then he saw a social media post about Mithos-Sport, a Swiss-based company with a focus on Alpinestars Tech-Air compatible custom suits. From that moment a partnership was inevitable that would bring Mithos to riders and racers all across the U.S.
